All our prices are without shipping charges, which are extra–the price depends on how fast it is to be shipped, how far it needs to be shipped–the products are shipped directly from the supplier in Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Once you place your order, we figure out the shipping costs to your location, let you know and then send a separate invoice for the shipping costs. We do this as our customers are from around the world and the costs are different for each location. This makes it fair to you and us. We don’t make money on the shipping. You will be charged what it costs plus a small handling charge. Once the shipping invoice is paid, your order will be shipped.
We ship by UPS or Post, and if you want it sent by a faster method than ground, for continental North America, or you have any special shipping requests or instructions, please let us know by adding a note in the customer notes box on check out. The Amish people don’t use technology very much, so instructions get relayed by phone message to our supplier. If you have time deadlines, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Tax will be payable by customers outside the U.S., when the goods enter your country. Your tax authority will charge you as part of their process of allowing the goods into the country and it will be paid to the transport company, e.g. Post office or UPS, doing the customs clearance, before releasing the goods to you, in addition to whatever brokerage charges the courier/post office applies.
